1. Share your logo or artwork
Let’s get started! Simply fill out our enquiry form and upload your logo or artwork, along with a few details about what you’re after. We’ll take a look and be in touch shortly with next steps.
2. Accept the quote
Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll send through a tailored quote. If everything looks good and you’re happy to proceed, we’ll begin prepping your stock and setting up your design.
3. Approve your design proof
After payment, we’ll create a digital proof of your embroidery design, and if needed, a concept or mock-up to help you visualise it. Please take a moment to carefully check all the details before we move ahead with stitching.
4. Final approval & embroidery begins
With your approval in hand, we’ll get stitching! Our standard turn-around is 5–7 business days from the approval date (please allow 1–3 weeks for larger orders).
5. Pick up or delivery
You’re welcome to collect your finished order from our Bulli workshop, or we can arrange delivery Australia-wide.*
